"ULBA Youth Wing- Nepal has joined the Pencil Box Project "

pb1-1.jpgJinrui Aizenkai aimed to become an ideological and spiritual center to accomplish -Asian Union- as it was expressed in the declaration adopted at the International Assembly in Mongolia on June 8, 2005. The Pencil Box Project was initiated from the Conference of Mongolia 2005.

For this purpose, ULBA Youth Wing- Nepal as one of the Asian branch committed to this common activity.

ULBA Youth Wing- Nepal has joined the Pencil Box Project as a new activity and run it for three years, 2006 through 2008. The project aims to help underprivileged children with gifts of stationary.

On September 9, 2006 ULBA Youth Wing -Nepal jointly with United Youth Club and United ULBA Free Clinic organized the Pencil Box Project. This Project is supported by Jinrui Aizen Kai, ULBA, Japan.

We selected 2 schools named Kuleshwar Madhyamik Vidhyalaya and Nil Barahi School and poor children whom are supported by Non-Government Organization called Society for Urban Poor. Within these three institutions, we selected 319 students on their need base.



The objectives of this project are:
1. To support the poor and underprivileged student in their study
2. To spread the principles and activities of ULBA
3. To disseminate the brotherhood among all

I with 35 other members of all three Organizations, prepared following Stationeries items:
a. Copies
b. Pencils
c. Eraser
d. Scale
e. Shapner
f. Pencil Colors
g. Name Sticker
h. Plastic Clear Bag

Starting from Kuleshwar M. Vidhyalaya, we distributed 134 students all the mentioned Stationeries sets.

 On behalf of our Organizations, I am grateful to Jinrui Aizen Kai, ULBA, Japan for initiating and financing this project. As a Convener of this Pencil Box Project, I am very much thankful to all members of our three Organizations who helped me to complete this project successfully.
